Treatments Offered

3 Hour Thai Massage

In this 3 Hour full body treatment, we can address your entire body , toes to abdomen to head, as a whole organism; utilizing Traditional Thai Massage practices and Hot herbal compresses, we'll get into chronic issues, trigger points, releasing fascial holding patterns, and achieve deep relaxation.

2 Hour Thai Massage

In this 2 Hour treatment, we can address various pains and discomforts in multiple regions of your body. This is an ideal amount of time for getting toe to head general attention or a more extensive treatment on a chronic issue (ex: locked up hips/low back).

90 Minute Thai Massage

**This short amount of time is not recommended for our first session together.**

In this 90 minute treatment, we can address various pains and discomforts in your body, primarily focusing in a singular region (Ex: lower body) or a singular chronic issue (ex: frozen shoulder). This amount of time is not sufficient for a full body treatment but you'll find that in 90 minutes you will come away feeling more mobility and relaxation across your whole body and mind.

Specialized Treatments

Abdominal Massage

Abdominal treatment requires a 2 hour session so we can safely and effectively sink deeply into your abdomen and open your entire trunk of your body (from your hips to shoulders) as well as connecting tissues in your extremities. In this treatment we'll address your muscular, digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular, urinary, reproductive, and nervous systems, utilizing Traditional Thai Massage practices including hot herbal compresses. This is a comforting and emotionally relieving experience, especially beneficial to survivors of trauma and clients with low back pain.

Womblifting Massage

Womblifting treatment requires a 3 hour session so we can tenderly access deep into the abdomen with special attention to the placement of your womb, while also opening all the connecting tissues (ie: your whole body!). We address the placement and health of your uterus and reproductive system as well as your muscular, digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular, urinary, and nervous systems, utilizing Traditional Thai Massage practices including hot herbal compresses. This is a nurturing treatment that reunites any human with a womb back into their bodies, especially beneficial to persons who have experienced birth, miscarriage, or termination of pregnancy.

Mobile Massage (For Return Clients Only)

Mobile Massage service is when the therapist brings their Thai mat or massage table to the client's residence to give the client massage in the comfort of their own home. This requires the client to have a clean, clear 10' x 7' (minimum) private space for the therapist to perform the massage; access to an electrical outlet is preferred but not mandatory. Homes with animals are acceptable as long as the animals are not within the massage space during the session. Mobile Massage is a service we offer to clients who have already received massage from the therapist in the past - no exceptions.

Inside Herbal Compresses

Here is a list of all the healing herbs that comprise a traditional Thai herbal compress:

The herbal compresses I use in my practice are made in a medical grade facility in Northern Thailand where they on-site grow and harvest all plants used in each medicine ball.
