Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must occur 48 hours or more prior to your appointment start time; late cancellations (less than 48 hours prior to appointment) will result in a cancellation fee of either 50% or 100% of the cost of the appointment. (See full cancellation policy on Tensegrity Thai Massage website under "About" tab.) If clients cancel or reschedule consecutively three times or more, this may result in the therapist no longer accepting bookings from this client.
